HOME SITES
Nearly all Cape Coral
home sites measure 80 feet wide by 125 feet in depth. (In Cape Coral
language, this is a two-lot site, i.e. two 40x125 platted lots). A few
oversized properties of 125 feet by 125 feet can be found. Our home sites are
all build able and most require only a moderate amount of fill dirt to satisfy
elevation
requirements.
Depending upon
location, your home site may already be serviced by city water, city sewer and
irrigation water. These properties tend to be in the south and south central
part of the city. More city utilities are being installed each year as the
Cape continues to grow. The remaining properties must have a well and septic
system installed when building your new home. These services are common in
most of the properties north of Pine Island Road.
